Workshop production video & Glimpse
The factory is located in Binzhou City, Shandong Province, and began construction in 2010. Factory scale: Covering 231660㎡ square meters, Ampoules&vials: 5 hundred million, Pharmaceutical glass tubing: 25000 tons. Factory buildings: Within the factory area, there are facilities such as production workshops, warehouses, office buildings, technical centers, research and development and experimental centers, parking lots, and product exhibition halls. Environmental protection measures: The newly built purification workshop was put into use in 2014.
Factory building: 2 storage bases, 1 three-dimensional warehouse, 1 technology center, 1 R&D and experimental center, 1 office building, 1 product exhibition hall, 1 raw material warehouse, 1 medicinal glass tube workshop, 1 medium boron silicon workshop, 1 low boron silicon workshop, 3 pressing workshops, 2 blowing workshops, and 1 parking lot. Environmental protection measures: In 2014, a new purification workshop was put into use, becoming the largest high standard production plant in China. Production equipment: fully equipped; with a high degree of automation for bottle making machines, tube pulling machines, and glass kilns.
There are currently over 1000 employees, 20 R&D technicians (Among them, there are 5 doctoral students), over 940 production technicians (More than 2 years of service experience), 10 equipment maintenance personnel (More than 10 years of service experience), and over 60 other office staff.
